Great Customer Service
Was reluctant to purchase UV bulb but I called and told them the info I had on my front panel of my Air Scrubber which was not provided to me (deliberately from installer) on my invoice or manual and they recommended the correct bulb and it was the right one. As result, I saved alot money by doing it myself instead of having installer doing it for me!
